Eisenstone 'Mattcheoss' Vyd Greenock Shiraz SV901 2021 benoît-moreau Intense nose of raspberry andThe Mattcheoss vineyard lies to the western side of Greenock Creek in deep red soils that slop gently to the East. The parcel of grapes used for the single vineyard wine are sourced from 40+ year old Shiraz vines that produce densely coloured and intensely flavoured wines the region is famous for. Winemaking The grapes were fermented in small batches and after fermentation was matured in 50% new French oak for 20 months prior to bottling. Minimal
