Hartshorn Distillery Vanilla Whey Liqueur 17.5% 375ml santenay We have sourced the PinotHartshorn Vanilla Whey Liqueur 17. 5% 375ml A beautiful Vanilla bean infused liqueur that has similar flavour to custard or Bailies. Made from our sheep milk whey. Best served on the rocks with chilled apple juice to create the drink I call Apple Crumble. The liqueur acts as the custard and the juice as the apple pie. Our liqueur has also been used in restaurants as a base for Creme Brulee and Panna Cotta. Also great used as a custard over fruit salad
