Harewood Reserve Chardonnay 2022 vocoret-et-fils with well rounded fleshinessThe Reserve Chardonnay fruit is estate grown in the Denmark subregion of the Great Southern in Western Australia. Juice from handpicked and whole bunch pressed fruit is barrel fermented in a mixture of new and second use French oak barriques. Savoury and textural intensity is introduced through the use of selected & wild yeasts, and part maturation on lees with secondary malolactic fermentation. The wine spends 11 months in barrel before minimal
