The 2022 Grenache The Aldo was produced from Grenache from that vineyard. The vines are over 80 years old and are dry grown. The fruit was hand harvested and crushed into open fermenters with a small parcel going through natural fermentation. After 14 days on skins the wine was basket pressed to older
