Vines from the Wieden old Gruner Veltliner rootstocks have also been planted on the terraces of the neighbouring Kreuzberg vineyard and this wine is a blend of the two sites

and scents of cedar are inherent throughout the vintages

The brightly focussed palate is pure and a wash with juicy red currant

with great tannin grip and draw and a lovely acid/old wood/spice length which releases a dried fruit perfume to finish

Distillerie Mette Apple (Pomme) 45% 500ml Size::1 Bottle from selected parcels of fruit7 apple varieties from Alsace are picked in the fall winter, and after a natural fermentation, they are distilled twice in our copper pot stills. Our Apple eau de vie is aged for a minimum of 5 years in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
