Fowles Are you Game Pinot Noir 2022 bastardo the wines from the regionWinemaking Made from Pinot Noir fruit predominantly from our Strathbogie Billis vineyard, this wine was crushed and fermented with a Premier Cru yeast selected to enhance forest fruits, spices, aromatic herb notes. The wine was matured for six months in both stainless steal French oak and finished off with a dash of Shiraz (6%). Blending Shiraz adds complex dark fruit and savoury spice notes on the aroma and palate and contributes to the tannin
