They are the sole incarnation of the inspiration and inheritance of  centuries of viticulture in an exceptional terroir

Appelation: Castel del Monte DOC Vinification: Maceration for 9 10 days at 24C with pumpovers, elestage and microoxygenation Elevage: The wine is aged for 12 months in vitri fied concrete vats undergoing microoxigenation.
