Harlow 2. 0 is made with German made Sympatex premium technical fabric which is notable for its high waterproof breathability rating. Note, Sympatex is not ideal for saltwater fishing as the salt effects the membrane of the shell fabric. This garment goes through a vigorous rain chamber
