Fowles Are you Game Rose 2022 champagne sparkling One of our favorite NegociantsWinemaking The fruit was harvested using a selective process harvester and pressed off straight away, with minimal skin contact to produce a vibrant coloured Ros wine. The wine was fermented using cultured yeast and in stainless steel tanks to enhance vibrant fruity flavours and aromas. A dash of Vermentino (11%) was added to the final blend to add a touch of refreshing citrus and minerality.
